◆利用規約｜Terms of Use
原則として、第三者が利用可能な状態で素材として再配布・再販売する行為、および自作発言をしない限り、自由に使用することが可能です。 素材は自由に利用・改変することが可能です。 使用報告/クレジット表記については任意です。必ずしも強制しておりませんので、表記を入れなくてもご自由にお使いいただけます。 個人、同人、企業、教育機関、公共施設問わず利用可能です。 ・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・ As a general rule, the materials may be used freely as long as they are not redistributed or resold in a form that allows third parties to use them as materials, and as long as users do not claim them as their own creations. You are free to use and modify the materials. Reporting usage or providing credit is optional. You are welcome to use the materials without including any attribution. 【NGな利用例｜Prohibited Uses】
✕ 素材集、アプリ開発ツールの同梱素材とするなど、素材自体を商品として利用すること （立ち絵素材などの一部例外を除き、加筆/加工していてもNG） ✕ 再配布・再販売など、他者への二次的受け渡し行為 ✕ 法律に違反する行為、犯罪行為、反社会的行為を助長する作品・広告などへの利用 ✕ 自作発言 ・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・ ✕ Using the materials as a product themselves, such as including them in asset collections or bundling them with app development tools (Even if modified or edited, this is not allowed, except in rare cases like character sprites explicitly permitted) ✕ Redistributing or reselling the materials, or otherwise passing them on to third parties ✕ Using the materials in any content or advertisements that promote illegal acts, criminal behavior, or anti-social activities ✕ Claiming the materials as your own creation --------------------------------------------------
